Jumping issue?

We just got a new 10 month old pup, Juno, a few months ago. She knows sit and lay as well as wait when we cross streets (recently learned). When we leave, come home, or take her out she gets super excited and jumps on us. She doesn’t do this to other people just my partner and I.

Does anyone have any recommendations on how to get her to stop jumping on us? She is very treat motivated but when she’s too excited she could care less about a treat.
