How to fix this shemozzle

Shed built by previous owners 8 years ago. These two posts are leaning about 4-5 degrees.

I don’t want to re-stump the whole thing as it will be gone in a few years but just want a solution to support the off plumb stumps.

I am thinking levelling the area next the stumps with road base and sand and then adding a paver and chucking a TuffBlock on top and then notching and adding a post to support underneath and then carriage bolted.

Ideally I’d concrete in with stirrups but worried about disturbing the ground of the existing stumps and making the situation worse.
