Would you still buy?
We're first-home buyers, buying a house in Brisbane.
I just had the Building and Pest done, and the pest report said there is a lot of moisture in the house. Namely in both showers' internal walls and some previous leaks that need to be checked and addressed around and inside the house. I've never bought a house before and never dealt with such issues, so I don't know how bad they are.
Would you run?
EDIT: We just got the building report and it was scathing - the property was a rental and the landlord clearly didn't give one s**t to maintain it. The rating for this house was: Below Average
