Will old transferred leave get paid out at my current higher salary rate?
I was working 6 months fulltime for a low salary VPS2 job. Accrued ~100 hours of rec leave.
I quit & was hired elsewhere for a temporary 3 month contract, 2 days per week, but as a VPS5. Transferred all my rec leave across.
If I don't transfer my leave elsewhere when I finish my current contract, will those 100 rec leave hours be paid out at my current VPS5 hourly salary rate? (If so then that's great)
Or will they try to argue for it to be paid out at the VPS2 rate, as that's where I accrued all the leave?
