Brands/store recs plz: work appropriate summer clothing.

I'm originally from a very cold country and the summer temps are killing me and doing my head in when planning what to wear.

When I dress for work all I have are a handful of skirts and a pair of linen pants and when I dress to hang with friends I end up in workout gear or short shorts and I feel trashy or lazy instead of presentable and put together. I'm also petite and struggle to find stuff that doesn't swallow me up. It feels like alot of linen clothes are baggy and oversized which does nothing for me.

Help! Where should I shop?
