Backpack printer

So, the other day I realized that most resources aren't renewable except for organic. Then, I remembered the trade platform and scrape. If you take organic, turn it into glow sticks, then you can grind it for scrape, you can trade for unlimited resources. Unfortunately, this can't be automated because glow sticks are only in the backpack. I think there should be a way to get stuff from the backpack printer from a "Tiny Printer" or something so you could automate this. What do you guys think?
