Would you drop a friend out for continuously being late?

I made a new friend in the summer last year and I must say, she’s a lovely person.

However, we have only met a few times for dinner over the last few months and she has been late to EVERY meet. The first, she was so late she offered to sweet talk the guys at reception for a new reservation.

Last month, it was 45 mins late with no updates in between unless I called - she seemed so blasé & said she’s 10 mins away meaning 20 mins. I got so fed up, I left and saw her on the way out. She said sorry as if she just stepped on the back of my shoe and explained she didn’t call to update because she had no phone reception/data. It was so awkward to say the least.

She acknowledges that it’s a recurring theme long before I came along and she’s trying to work on it. But it has put me off and I don’t feel the need to be so attentive now. I just turned 32 and my tolerance for things like this is so low. How would you approach this?
