Flea Treatment

Struggling with where to proceed with flea treatment. Our kitten is a domestic shorthair 4 month old female. We adopted her a little over a month ago and noticed a flea on her, we gave her a bath and deep combing and caught 6 total. We deep cleaned the house and have been using raid spray and washing our stuff and her stuff. We gave her TevraPet firstact plus topical treatment and took her to the vet a week later, they checked and no fleas. We’ve been continuing with daily combing and on Thursday I gave her the next round of firstact plus treatment. Today we found a flea on her :( we are repeating the process and cleaning everything.

Could we try giving her PetArmor CAPACTION oral flea treatment or would that not mix with her topical treatment she got last week?
