Earpiece for walkie talkie and phone simultaneously?

I can't wear earphones at my work so I'm looking for a way to play music from my phone to my earpiece as well as it being connected to a walkie talkie. Is this possible? Ideally it would be a low-key earpiece and not a fancy looking one. any ideas would help, thanks.
