Are teachers allowed to share what you say about other students?

(I'm year 11 uk if that's important) I'm dropping a subject because there a different student in the class who is harrsassing me keeps talking to me gets about 1 inch away from my face (I'm autistic) so I'm dropping the subject I just can't deal with it anymore, but enough back story, I told the teacher why and according to a friend she sead publicly in class using my name (well my dead name) that I dropped the class because of the other student

I'm just very very annoyed with the teacher I would probably not report her because I have anxiety and go nonverbal when talking to new people but I was just wondering is she's allowed to do this it seems like it would brake some privacy ruels
