Concerned about a loved one mixing meds and drugs — am I overreacting?

If this is the wrong place to ask this, I apologize in advance! Someone close to me has been on Lexapro and Adderall for almost 3 years to treat GAD and ADHD. Prior to medication, this person treated their mental health with heavy alcohol and marijuana usage. Over the last year or so, they’ve reintroduced alcohol and marijuana. Recently, that usage has increased. While the usage isn’t to “pre-med levels,” I’m still concerned. Obviously I’m concerned because this person has a history of substance abuse (which is a whole other issue). But my question for this sub is mainly about the interactions of Lexapro, Adderall, alcohol and weed. Is this kind of substance use is normal, acceptable, and mainly safe? If your patient was doing this, would you be concerned/what would you do?

(If quantities matter, I’d say alcohol is about 5+ times per week with approx. about 4-6 drinks. I don’t really know how often they’re smoking but it’s frequent — possibly everyday. 30mg of Adderall twice a day. Unknown Lexapro dosage.)

I should also note that they’ve had some concerning symptoms within the last few weeks; like not getting out of bed for the entire day, shortened temper, vomiting, and feeling generally ill/sweats etc. Finally, they are not open to hearing from me about my concerns, so I’m mainly fact finding — any recommendations are welcome. Thanks for your input.
