Overheating or freezing in space?

Pretty basic question. If you were floating out there in a spacesuit with no stars or planets around, do you run the risk of freezing or overheating. TV tells me you would freeze, but I'm inclined to think you would overheat, given that the human body produces a lot of heat, and there's nothing to take that heat away aside from infrared radiation. But that's not enough to offset the heat the human body produces, is it?
