in which direction does electromagnetic waves propogate?

Imagine i have a charge that just sits there and doesnt vibrate or anything. When i accelerate it for a single moment in only one direction, what will be the direction of the wave? Will it propogate through all directions or some specific direction depending on the direction of its acceleration?

In real life particles mostly vibrate so the waves are in all directions but that doesnt answer the question, im talking about the wave caused by a single impulse
