Is there a desktop application that handles raws similar to gcam google smartphones?
So ,still cannot wrap my head around the fact that my s23 ultra with gcam night mode takes better pics handheld.
Gcam and smartphones in general does really interesting tricks. Combining several frames of the same scene. And combine them This results in beter detail, less noise.
So, I am still looking for a desktop application on windows which I can import like 6 raw pics, and it exports a combined one and does the averaging, noise reduction, aligning, movement adjustment itself. Gcam does it in 20 seconds behind the scenes. And it is incredible. Feel like its extracting details too.
Tried image averaging in photoshop, but still isnt nearly as good as phone gcam capabilities. Escpecially low light.
Is there an application that does this trick "computational photography" and export it which I can edit further?
