Tips on achieving this look? Both camera/speedlight settings and post processing?

Last one is mine, that’s the result I usually get. I usually go with 128th on the flash, 6400 iso, f4.5, and 1/120. On a D750

I usually like to underexpose and fix the lighting in post but the photo gets too noisy. When I overexpose I get a bright reflection on the subject that’s the closest.

Post processing seems like the highlights were dropped and the saturation upped?
