Hey! I just started doing real estate photography at my brokerage, but I’m having issues “matching” the quality to the old photographer. How would I improve?

Like the title says, I just started at a real estate company for house photography. Both the agent I work with, and the manager of the brokerage said my photos are good, but they’re missing something they can’t put their finger on. I’ve provided a few examples of what the previous photographer did (Image 1 and Image 2) and what I’ve taken so far (Image 3 and Image 4).

I appreciate any feedback and help! I’m also using a Sony A7III with a 16mm APS-C Sigma lens. I don’t know what the previous photographer used.
