If a good looking woman approached you, what are some specific reasons as to why you would turn her down?

Whether it's a stranger that approached you on the street, or at a public event, or someone that you already knew of or seen before, with looks not being everything but they can get you in the door at least, what are some things that would make you not interested in going out or talking with her, more specific than "just not feeling it"?
