Is it normal?

I am 22F from india. I use to stay in pg few years back. The pg was owned by family and they use to live on ground floor and we(girls) used to live on 1st and 2nd floor.

We were supposed to go to the ground floor for meals. One day, in the evening i saw their daughter wearing pink shorts and the very next morning her father was wearing those shorts. Holy fuck!!!
