Why are so many Decent man are single?

As soon as I start dating about 2-3 months back in my late 20s, I have realized a lot of decent men and actual decent man (not really nice guy people) who are liked well within the family as well by the friends are really single. They are just waiting for their friends now and within family to set them up with someone for a date and totally out of dating apps and all

Mostly every good decent women I know have a humongous baggage as they reach 30s having been hurt by the men and this is really unfortunate

This makes me feel whey there is so much discrepancy in world where these two different sets of group cant see each other. At the end of the day the women want a person who is good natured and loyal while men want the same. Ofcourse basic physical attraction is must

Why though in the end I see so many gems of male completely checked out or indifferent in dating? I am very close to checking out though

Edit Ofcourse talking about the men who have decent personality. Nobody gets attracted with bad personality
