Kidney infection

22F (pots eds nutcracker syndrome)

i recently had a renal autotransplant to help the nutcracker syndrome I had my right kidney moved to the left transplant position. I know it’s easier to get utis and kidney infections. I currently tested positive for a uti and am getting antibiotics tomorrow.

My questions how would I know if it turns into a kidney infection. I already have pain in my right lower back and pain in the right and i rarely have a fever no matter what.

If it would be a kidney infection could that be treated at time or is that admission situation.
