Do you need parental permission to drop out of secondary school?

F18, (6th Year) thinking about my options and what I could do. I'm barely passing my classes and the pressure from it all is getting to my head. I don't know if I can take it. Do you need parental permission to drop out of secondary school? Do apprenticeships and the military want you to finish secondary?
