Is it worth investing in a darkstore ?

I extensively used swiggy instamart zepto and blinkit. And planning to open a darkstore location mumbai.

I am more concerned about apart from investment for franchise fees. Who takes care of which part?

Rent? Overhead like bills light etc? Inventory? Manpower?
