Help with light fixture

Hello, I'm currently trying to replace my old light fixture with an IKEA Sunneby. My ceiling fixture has a hot, neutral and ground but the Ikea fixture only has a hot and neutral. I tried to find out some info online about what I should do but I'm conflicted. Some said to just tuck the wire in but others will say that it's not grounded and could lead to problems. I just want to have a little more confidence so I don't have to open it up back again. Thanks 🙏
