Light Flicks when I turn it off!

Hi all! This is probably so dumb. I have a dead lightbulb In my bathroom. It’s got like a light fixture for three bulbs and one is dead! But when I flick my light switch off the two working light bulbs turn off but the dead one will flash dimly and then turn off! Is this something that I should contact someone about? Like fire hazard? Is this normal? Im so concerned!
