Upper Abdominal Cramping made worse by standing

Age: 42 Female Weight: 150 Height: 5’5” Current Meds: Contrave No previous medical issues.

Duration of symptoms: 3 days

I went to bed last night feeling normal/good. I had some light cramping in my abdomen in the previous days but it was very light/minimal and didn’t bother me too much. I figured maybe a light case of food poisoning.

This morning I wake up, feeling fine, and start to get my toddler ready for school and I get a severe, rolling cramping pain in my upper abdomen. This doesn’t feel like the cramping from food poisoning.

I had to stop what I was doing and I went back to lay down and drink some water. The cramping stopped.

Did a few quick google searches , is this pancreatitis? I’m not a heavy drinker, at least I haven’t been for the last 3 years, and the only medication I take is contrave.

Edit: the pain comes and goes but is very sharp and intense and is in the center of my upper abdomen.
