49F: what is this dirt like thing embedded just right outside the ear canal?
Hello not my photo but of a relative. She's 49F, she complained to me about having itchy ear so she asked me to clean her ears thinking it might've been ear wax, but what shocked us was it was not earwax. At first, I thought it was some kind of melanoma but melanomas are usually just discoloration and usually flat, right? But this one kinda looks like a rock and it's embedded on the skin. I can scrape it off but I fear that something might happen if I do. Please help me identify it, going to the hospital is expensive and we want to be get rid of the anxiety of what might it be...
