B12 injection went bad

My doctor prescribed me (34F) b12 injections because my levels were a bit low. Doctor was fearing that I have gastrointestinal issues - so prescribed a few b12 ampules to inject.

My husband has been by doing injections for a few weeks so I asked him to do mine. He did it to my buttock’s (once). Everything was ok until yesterday- one week after.

Now I feel injection site is numb and I feel shooting pain if I lie down on that side. Also I feel pain if I bend down in a certain way.

No redness, no lump, no warmth. Should I be worried? I guess nerve has been damaged during injection.

I have an appointment registered to my doctor but it is just in a few days.

Thanks in advance!
