Is this likely cancer? Really freaking myself out.

27F, recently had a transvaginal ultrasound for bleeding during intercourse. The results said my endometrium is 14.8 mm thick, and is vascular. The comments said biopsy recommended. I also have a nabothian cyst. I am extremely anxious about the thickened endometrium (and I've also heard endo biopsies are incredibly painful, but I'll get through it.) To be fair, I had the scan about 2 days before I got my period, after not having my period for 2 months. Any reassurance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you so much.
