Is it OK to mix Asian cuisine

I made Kalbi beef, Yaki soba noodles and a salad with sesame ginger dressing. I am from Europe and didn’t start experiencing or cooking different Asian cuisines until I moved to the US 20 years ago. I love all the different flavors and to me dishes from different asian cultures go well together, but I’m wondering if my combining of those dishes is like combining i.e. pizza, sauerkraut, and halibut. I’m mainly asking because I don’t want to serve a combination of dishes to guests and have them think that it’s quite odd. Thanks for your feedback.
