I don’t know why my pumpkin cake has a noticeable line through it
Hi all, I recently made a pumpkin cake and this is my second time using the recipe. In both instances there’s a noticeable line through the cake. The texture is the same, but I just don’t like the way it looks. I’ve tried preheating my pan before adding my cake batter to see if that would help. It still turned out the same with the line through it. I’ve tried making sure my wet ingredients were mixed really well with each other. Also, it’s an oil based cake. Thank you!
