Michigan, Snow Plow caused vehicle accident resulting in total loss.

Michigan, a Snowplow driver merged from the right shoulder of i94 across 2 lanes to the highway median without checking if he was clear to do so, causing a collision resulting in my car being a total loss. He was found at fault. What actions can I take besides claiming it on insurance? (already done)
