Any AMs living the Digital Nomad lifestyle? Best countries to live and work in?

Sup fellow AMs, wondering if there's any digital nomads in here? I'm a Software Engineer working West coast hours, I'm thinking about living and working in a different country/continent.

In a perfect world, I'd love to live in Asia and work from there, but it's honestly not that realistic given the timezones. The best timezones seem to be South America or Central America, and perhaps European countries. But given the anti asian hate in Europe, not sure if Europe is looking realistic.
