What eye creams have you seen actual changes/improvements with?

I've been on the hunt for a holy grail eye cream and I've tried a few, namely Cosrx's Advanced Snail Peptide Eye Cream, Beauty of Joseon's Revive Eye Serum, SKIN1004's Centella Probio-Cica Bakuchiol Eye Cream, and Isntree's TW-Real Eye Cream.

The only one I saw changes with was the Revive Eye Serum, but they weren't positive changes because it dried out my undereyes and made my dynamic lines look more pronounced. The other three were okay, but didn't do much.

Are the people who say that eye creams are just expensive moisturisers and aren't worth it right?

Has anyone used an eye cream or other eye product that has addressed fine lines, dark undereyes, skin irritation, excessive dryness, puffiness, etc? Something that has offered more than a nice sensory experience and light hydration?

My undereyes are often dry and irritated, so I'd love to find a product that actually helped
