Does anyone know what server/ gun this is?

At 5 minutes in his friend drops him a suppressed gun labelled as a m16 but it obviously isn't so I was wondering what server it was one so I could ask on the forum or if anyone knows the gun? And if it's fictional which I doubt what it's based on?
