Is Adding Citali a Good Idea?

Since I am not pulling Mavuika would it be good to pull Citali for Arlecchino reactions? I currently have 250 wishes and on the 50/50 with the character banner plus I will have more wishes by the time Arlecchino comes out. Looking for so.e good suggestions!
