Do the admission officers who decide whether you get in read the CSS parent waiver?

So I am trying to waive my dad for abuse, but I am really scared about what I should write. He did many bad things and I am sure I will get him waived if I write all of it, but I am scared that it will play a negative part in the admission. Even in the additional information section I only wrote what I thought would not depict me as unstable. If they can read it, I want to be very careful and only write whatever I think may be enough to get him waived. If I don't get him waived, however, I cannot afford university.

Addtional question: I have been holding contact with him like every 2-3 months because he has children who are my half-brothers. I hate him but I want to stay in contact with them. Is there any chance that they will contact my father directly and ask him about it? he will obviously deny all of it and I don't want him to restrict me from seeing my brothers. I love them very much and I think if he knew I did this he would never let me see them again
