College Application Essay Flagged as 100% AI

Hi Everyone, I randomly decided to check a supplemental "why major" essay that I used for many of my schools for AI. I wrote 100% of the essay without the help of AI, nor did I actually plagiarize through AI at any steps of the writing process. Despite this the essay is being flagged as 100% AI generated. What do I do? Is this grounds for rejection from any of the colleges I have applied to (once again I DID NOT USE AI)?
