3 Perfect Weeks of Strength - let’s discuss!

Since many of us seem to be completing the strength program at the same time, I thought it could be fun to comment on it in one single thread. We could share our schedule, stats, impressions, pairing tips, etc after each day. This week I am following a Monday-Tuesday-Wednesday-Friday schedule, so I already finished the first 3 days. I'm 33, female using 10 and 20 lb dumbbells. The first day was challenging but fine. By the last rounds of my second and third day my left wrist grip was giving up halfway through some movements, so I had to scale down to medium dumbbells. So far I'm enjoying the program and feel quite hopeful that it can help me increase my strength. I'm still trying to decide whether I'll repeat after the 3 weeks are done and how I'll include it in my regular workout routine. I normally like to create 4-week custom plans with AF+ of 1 hour 4 days a week combining strength, pilates, and kickboxing. I look forward to seeing what the next few days and weeks are going to feel like!
