Love sports not working

There is a couple million channels for sports and everytime I choose one I want to watch it says the 404 error on how it hasn’t started yet. The eagles panthers nfl game isn’t working. It started an hour ago and shows it isn’t working. I requested a refund and ofcourse they won’t refund me even tho I signed up 4 days ago for the year. The service is trash and customer support don’t help. What can I do
