Non Answer Response

I emailed my property manager the other day to let her know that our back steps were never salted during the most recent snowfall and are now completely iced over and unusable. The response I got was a very polite "Sorry just use the other stairs." No effort to let the rental company know they did a crappy job salting. Can i use the door on the opposite side of the building? Sure. My parking spot is just 50ft from the back door and my apartment is right next to it and it's infuriating that I have to carry loads of groceries twice as far because my rental company didn't bother to salt half the property.
