Excessive banging on walls from downstairs neighbor. Am I in the wrong?

I’m about to send a noise/harrasment complaint to my landlord and thought I would get some opinions on the matter. My downstairs neighbor has been banging on the walls whenever he hears a noise. I’m overly cautious as I’ve been on the bottom floor before, however, it’s got to the point where I’m living in anxiety over any noise I make. I have video evidence to show to my landlord of the instances. First instance was at 7am, was taking the trash bag out of my bin before work and the banging on the walls started. Second instance was 11am, where I was putting on my shoes and my cellphone dropped from my dogs bed onto the ground, which was probably more more than a few inches. The most recent incident was around 2am, I had returned from taking my dog on a walk and accidentally dropped the leash while trying to hang it up, banging started about 10 seconds after I dropped it. I would understand if these were excessive, but I’m at my computer working most of the day and my time off I’m on my couch playing video games. The only one I’m worried about is the instance at 2am, of course it was late but it was a complete accident. I live by myself and have a 4 pound lap dog. I’ve also had to deal with an excessive smell of pot coming from them seeping into my apartment vents almost daily. I definitely don’t want to be a narc, but also, don’t throw rocks from a glass house.

I have spoke with this neighbor before and have explained to him that I’m just living my life and not intentionally trying to make noise (he has complained about my walking and has reported me the landlord stating I’m throwing things around, which is absolutely not true). Am I in the wrong in this situation?
