Culture shocked sa low standard company and unprofessional co-worker(s)

So I recently resigned sa isang bpo company sa laguna. Hopefully walang redditor sa mga previous workmates ko. Let's just name this company-- ydc

Applied via referral january this yr, got hired last feb. And resigned may, last month. Never felt relieved leaving a company. After a month of training, we were endorsed to prod. And I have this tenured teammate assigned as poc for quick process related questions.

I never really had a good feeling towards him, I just shrugged it off kasi nag aadjust pa ako. After a week of staying sa team, I never needed assistance from him bec I chose to resolve all my query by reading and understanding our SOP guide. So thought Im all good.

It just happened that he became very comftable sa presence naming newbies and started talking about s3xual stuff.

There's this time my other female teammate wore a dress, who came dashing to her station coz she's almost late. And that asshole poc announced that my female coworker who just arrived, wore a dress for "easy access". Ofc my colleague got mad. One of concerned colleague told that asshole that he can get reprimanded if they escalated it to the management and he had the audacity to answer "ano ka swerte" (with a smirk)

Also, found out that he's inc but his mouth is so filthy. He would randomly say "subo mo muna" when my colleagues asks for assistance. My lead would just laugh to these remarks. Also, he bad mouths someone when they gone sl or absent due to emergency, coz he's after the team effort incentive.

To add, he found out one of my colleage had a lesbian partner and did not bat an eye to name her "papi" for papingger. He did not stopped there, he asked if that girl could take 3, three fingers inside her, and kept on mentioning na panis na kasi 3 yrs kinamay.

One of my batchmate resigned because of his messages on viber, he kept on pressuring that teammate to go to work even tho it was reported that she had an emergency, his reason-- he already ordered a pair of shoes and wouldnt want not to receive the incentive to pay for it.

Also, most of the guys from this company has a bad mouth and would randomly sing "lahat sisimutin pati bulbol sa utin" or "nagutom ang bacclaaaa, kumain na lang ng tite".

On top of that, the company deducted 7 days to my payout, and I contested that but until today, hr did not answer nor credited it to my last payout. They did not paid me in double for the holyweek work.

I got fed up to the toxic environment and filed my resignation.

Just needed some validation that what I did is right. I just cant see my value there, and malala culture shock hahhaa not to brag I worked for the largest search* engine worlwide, also became a QA and previously --all bpo setting.
