Follow up question to owners of B-style x-10 regarding Quality Control. Looking to buy my friends copy but are hair paint flaws like this normal on the figure? (2nd pic)

So a few days ago I asked if I should get x-10 despite qc issues and finally decided to go for it. Thanks again for the replies guys! Was originally going to get one from amiami but a friend of mine was actually looking to selling his copy. No broken parts and barely taken off box. Practically new but the hair kind of looks like it's got paint chips or scratches in the end in the small red circle. The hair inside the big red circle looks like it's been poorly painted. Like the paint was too thin and the under material is showing but just barely.

My question is, are paint flaws like this usual for this figure? If it is I'd definitely just buy my friends copy instead. Guaranteed unbroken and I guess I can live with the paint flaws.

But if it's not a usual flaw then I'd try my chances with amiami. Besides if I get a broken copy their replacement service is pretty damn good.
