Hardest Amberverse terms to explain to a random person

I just read a comment on here that contained the word "slomfoolery", and thought "god, imagine trying to explain the Amberverse glossary to someone who knows nothing about our lore." What are some other words or phrases we made up/use around here that would be hilariously difficult to explain to a context-less outsider?
