Great Start to my Morning 😒

I asked them for a transcript of my alleged unprofessionalism. Admittedly I have gotten frustrated with support because they dont listen. Having to repeat yourself several times while trying to deliver is frustrating but I don’t think I’ve ever been rude, especially since it’s easy to fake nice via text. Anyone gotten this before? Will they provide “proof” or a copy of the chat log? Just curious
