Received a customer complaint for not “meeting the XL vehicle requirment”

Long story short, received an email today saying I received a customer complaint for not following instructions on 12/31/2024. My standings in the app show nothing, my standings show fantastic without any issue and it’s at the top with no dings or alerts in any category. so I contact support, this is what they said at the end of the chat.

lol. What would me not meeting an XL vehicle requirement have anything to do with this, I delivered all the packages without any issues, and I also didn’t return anything nor refuse any packages at the station.
