I'm asking for for a friend who just came on working on ship dock with me.

Main question: is Tom team what we need in order to be a truck driver for amazon?

If truck driving is not Tom team then what is Tom team? I know it has to do with the trailers at the very least but I'm not much more knowledgable about it.
