Bro help me 😭 am I wrong about masturbating being a healthy and meaningless release?? should I just shut up and let her be free use?

Context- she found (an old?) account of mine that had a video in the recently watched of two people screwing on a jetski- she decided this must mean I'm masturbating to Reddit and took a hard stance against masturbation. After the beginning this stops being about Reddit entirely and turns into our opposing stances on masturbation and how it would effect the relationship.
