Did I have anaphylaxis or histamine intolerance?

So when I use an old car I got strong reaction. Slowly building up for the whole day. Eyes, nose, bad smell in nose,jaw clenched, huge anxiety, impending doom feeling, headache and fatigue. I had to go to bed. It’s been 5 days now like this. I think so it’s because of MOLD in ac in car. Happen to me many times before but I get rid of old car and didn’t use it anymore. Now happened again.

Is it allergic reaction ? Or build up of histamine ?

I see doctor next week, I start new job on Monday. Feel terrible.

Should I look for antihistamine medicines in pharmacy ?
