PS5 - why so many bugs?

So I play the game on my PS5 and so far I absolutely love it but oh boy the bugs! There is not a single session I can do without restarting the game because for some reason I can’t confirm the option with X button such as assigning available medics to wounded marines or tools and medkits for deployments on Otago and so on. I also once started the game and there were no dialogues in the mission and aliens acted wierd. But so far the worst one of them all was due to the different time I had set in my PS5 after wich the game was just unable to save the progress. I literaly had to uninstal the game and all the save files just to start it all over again. How can the game be out for so long and be fixed by now? Does anyone have similar issues? Does anyone know how to prevent it?
